Attachment Theory

Talks on child and adult attachment are available. The adult attachment talk looks at the impact of this on dating and relationships, including examples of different styles and how to date smart.

Loving Your Messy Life

This talk explores the how to love the mess you are and the life you live! It looks at issues like perfectionism, social pressures to get things ‘right’ and how to leave these behind to live the life you really want to life, on your terms.

Understanding Trauma

Trauma is an overused and much misunderstood word. This talk will define and look at what trauma actually is, understanding how adversity affects people and useful interventions that can treat it. In the talk you will be taught some useful exercises on how to the brain and nervous system responds, and how to calm these when stressed.

The Gifts of Trauma

Trauma is often seen in purely negative terms, and while it brings huge challenges for people who have suffered adversity, there are also gifts within it. The talk explores what those gifts are, looking at the flip side of issues and how our self awareness and compassion is grown from suffering.
